We use 100% natural & biodegradable glitter in all of our products. This glitter is made from plant-derived material, mainly Eucalyptus, rather than the normal plastic material. It does not break down in water, but after washed down the drain or thrown in the trash, environment microbes will consume the glitter and convert it into carbon dioxide, water, and biomass.

No! Our products are scented with essential oils, supercritical CO2 extracts, and our raw ingredients.
Our Sweet Citrus & Jojoba Scrub is the only product that includes essential oils: Grapefruit and Bergamot. Our other products are formulated with supercritical CO2 extracts: Hibiscus, Mint, & Raspberry. In the case of our body butter, the delicious chocolatey aroma is due to the high content of cocoa butter!

No ma’am! Because the body butter and facial scrub are anhydrous (contain no water), they are a little more heat sensitive. In the colder weather, the butters will harden ever so slightly, whereas in the warmer weather, the butter will relax and allow the product to move a little easier. Continue to use as normal! There is nothing wrong with them :)

This depends on your skin type and your desired level of moisture. The body butter is formulated with 100% oils, butters, and oil-soluble active ingredients. The purpose of this type of butter is to penetrate the upper 2-3 layers of your skin and form an occlusive barrier that protects, nourishes, and seals in moisture. If you have extra dry skin, it helps to apply a water-based lotion first, penetrating deep into your skin’s layers, and then apply your sparkly body butter to seal in your moisture.
